Funzone is billed through your mobile carrier, and the exact plan depends on your country. Here is how it works.
Billing through your mobile carrier
What is distinctive about Funzone is that payment goes through your mobile carrier rather than a card entered on the website. The charge appears on your mobile or prepaid account.
To use the service, your phone must have internet access and be able to send and receive SMS messages. In all countries you must be at least 18 and the account holder, or have the account holder's explicit permission.
Switzerland: a weekly subscription
In Switzerland, Funzone is a weekly subscription of CHF 15 per week, billed by your mobile carrier. Depending on your operator this appears as Salt: 3 × CHF 5 per week, or Sunrise: 1 × CHF 15 per week.
You can cancel at any time by sending STOP to 995. For help, call 0225180470 or email schweiz@mob.support.
Réunion: a 30-day pass
In Réunion, Funzone is a one-time charge of €3.50 for 30 days of access — not a recurring subscription. You activate it by sending an SMS with the text ACCEDEZ to 84071.
The charge does not include the cost of mobile internet. For help, call +33 171255555 (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00) or email plainte.84071re@allopass.com.
What is always true
Whichever country you are in, prices are shown clearly before you confirm, and any data or connection charges from your carrier are separate from the Funzone price.
If you are ever unsure about a charge, the support contacts above can help — and the full details are set out in the Terms & conditions.
